PERSON-CENTRED LISTENING · ONLINE
A calm, respectful space to speak freely, feel genuinely heard, and make room for whatever is happening inside you.

No pressure. No judgement. Just a first conversation.
You don’t have to carry every thought alone.
A space where you can be as you are.
You don’t need to prepare anything or find the right words. This is time set aside for you—to speak openly, pause when you need to and explore whatever feels important.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Full attention
You’re welcome to share what you truly think and feel—even when it feels messy, uncomfortable or difficult. There is no expectation to appear composed or have everything figured out.
No judgement
Our conversation is centred around you. I’ll listen with care and genuine interest, giving you the time and space to express what is on your mind.
Space for clarity
Giving your thoughts and feelings room to be spoken aloud can help you hear yourself clearly, recognise what matters and feel more connected to yourself.

ABOUT THE APPROACH
Listening that begins with you.
Person-centred listening begins with trust in you—in your experience, your feelings and your own way of making sense of your life. I do not arrive with answers or decide where the conversation should lead. I meet you with attentive, honest and empathic listening.
You choose what to bring, where the conversation goes and the pace that feels right. There is room for silence, uncertainty, emotion and thoughts that are still taking shape. Nothing needs to be explained perfectly, made smaller or held back.
As you speak and hear yourself more clearly, something can begin to shift. You may discover a perspective you had not noticed before, feel lighter after giving words to what you have been carrying, or reconnect with a part of yourself that needed space to be heard.
This is time to be fully yourself—and to feel more connected to who you are.
THE PERSON-CENTERED APPROACH
Where this way of listening comes from.
My way of listening is guided by the person-centred approach developed by American psychologist Carl Rogers. Rogers was one of the leading figures in humanistic psychology alongside Abraham Maslow, and later collaborated with philosopher and psychologist Eugene Gendlin in exploring the importance of a person’s lived inner experience.
These ideas shape how I meet you: I listen carefully, respond honestly and respect you as the person who knows your own inner world best. Rather than directing you towards a prescribed answer, I offer space for the conversation to unfold at your pace.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to have a particular problem?
Not at all. Nothing needs to be wrong. This can simply be a space to talk openly, share what feels meaningful to you and express yourself without a filter.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation is needed. You can arrive as you are and begin wherever feels natural. Silence, uncertainty and not knowing what to say are all welcome.
What happens during the free conversation?
The introductory conversation gives us 30 minutes to meet, talk and let you experience how this kind of space feels. Afterwards, you can decide whether you would like to book a full session, if it feels right for you.
How do the conversations take place?
We meet online through Google Meet. You will receive a private link and can join from somewhere you feel comfortable speaking freely.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a professional listening service, not psychotherapy or psychological treatment. It offers something simple but meaningful: time to speak openly, be listened to with care and hear yourself more clearly. Having this kind of space can feel relieving and valuable, whether you are going through something difficult or simply feel the need to talk or share freely.
